Dubai 60-Day latest visit visa fee update as of November 2024

The United Arab Emirates has recently implemented a new fee structure for the 60-day visit visa from November 2024.

Citizens of many countries, especially Pakistan, had to get a visit visa from the UAE before entering the country due to tourism visit purposes.

The cost for a 60-day visit visa has been charged to AED 300, without VAT at a rate of 5%. The base fee is pegged at this but there will be surcharges if the visitor is already in the UAE.

These include a Knowledge Dirham and an Innovation Dirham, both priced at AED 10, while candidates sponsored by an individual or entity within the UAE will incur a fee of AED 500.

The procedure for obtaining the visa has been digitalized and accessed through digital means, whereby the applications can log in through the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs website or the smart application system using a UAE Pass or using a username.

They should complete the application form and submit all required documents which include a copy of a valid passport, personal photo, and medical insurance that is valid within the UAE.

A travel ticket or onward flight reservation is also needed by tourists to successfully complete the process of obtaining a visa.
Other documents include a Pakistani, Iraqi, Iranian, or Afghanistan identity card for some nationalities.
